If, however, the customer wishes to exchange or return items it would be their own expense. Any exchanges must be done within seven days from receipt of order.

COOLING OFF PERIOD

Customers are entitled to a cooling-off period as per Clause 44. This excludes perishables, custom made goods, books, magazines or any other product not in the condition in which it was supplied.
