• Orders will only be processed once Crafty Nook have received payment in full for your order. Payment will be accepted in the form of a crossed cheque, postal order or cash deposit - Please cross all cheques and make them payable to Crafty Nook.
• If you are paying by cheque, your order will be posted/deliverd once the cheque has cleared. This takes approximately seven to ten working days. If you are paying by bank/internet transfer your payment could take up to three days to show in our account.
• For a quicker turn around time, you can deposit a cash payment into our bank account and email / fax a copy of the deposit slip through to us.
• All parcels are sent by speed post, each order will be trackable and traceable. We can send small flat items regular letter post, but as these letters aren’t traceable, we will not take responsibility for items that are lost or stolen when posted this way.
• Prices are subject to change without prior notice and dependent on supplier prices and availability.
• Unfortunately specials do not apply to orders placed online or by phone and only to customers who visit the shop.
• Orders placed online where the delivery address is within a 10km radius of our offices, will be delivered by ourselves and all these will cost a standard delivery fee of R55-00, again orders will only be processed once full payment has been received. NO C.O.D.
• In the unlikely event that an item is out of stock, you authorize us to replace the item with an item similar in description and price.
• Normal orders cost R56.00 for the first Kg (RSA only) should your order be larger we will quote you on postage and packaging.
• Once we have received your order, we will contact you to confirm your order by email or telephone, and provide you with banking details, at this time you will also be provided with a reference number.
• We have a minimum online shop order of R50.00, but because of the cost of the postage it is always a good idea to place one large order instead of several smaller ones - this will save you money on postage and give you extra to spend on crafts. It might be an idea to order together with a friend or family member in the same area and only pay one postage cost.
• External hyperlinks may be provided on the site. You shall not interpret such hyperlinking as constituting any relationship between Crafty Nook and any third party or any endorsement by Crafty Nook of such third party and use of or reliance on any external links provided is at your own risk.
• You expressly agree that use of this site or the Internet is entirely at your own risk. Crafty Nook may suspend this site or any part thereof or terminate your account at any time if Crafty Nook should determine that you are not using this site in compliance with this agreement or believe the information provided by you is untrue, inaccurate or incomplete. To purchase from the Crafty Nook site you must first register as a member by completing the registration section.
• Registration and or use of this site constitutes acceptance of the terms and conditions by you.
• Should you for any reason cancel the order after payment has been received a cancellation fee amounting to 35% of the total order excluding postage and packaging will be charged.

Are the colours and sizes the same on the screen as they are in the shop? No, the colours and sizes on screen are not the same as they are in real life. Use the pictures on the screen as a guide only, if you require the exact size or colour then please drop us an email and we will help you further.

I have seen the words "pot Luck" what does this mean? "pot Luck" Means that you will receive any colour that we have in stock, the items that are pot luck are dependant on what colours we have in stock at the time of ordering.

I have seen the words "Specify Colour" what does this mean? When you are asked to specify colour this means that you must specify your colour choice from the list provided you can add this at the end of your order in the "Add Comments About Your Order" box. Should you order an item that requires you to specify the colour, and you fail to do this it will automatically become "pot Luck"
